Selling item Stuck in Limbo:

Status : Awaiting Payment

We couldn't process this payment
We let the buyer know and asked them to update their payment method before time expires.
The time has expired, but the item does not show in selling list for me to cancel or even troubleshoot the issue with the AI Assistant,
can’t speak with any customer services as only US and Canada options are Available.
Any help or insight into how I progress to resolve this issue, as the item is stuck for the pass 2 days, the time as far as I am aware has also expired.
