False Counterfeit Claim

Hi,

Someone falsely reported a listing of mine for counterfeit claims. All the items (It is a bundle of tour memorabilia that I was selling form charity) were genuine and the artist, band and management had donated items and supported the sale.

However, ebay arbitrarily removed the listing , without communicating with me first. I have appealed and have had zero response.

Can anyone please suggest a way I can move this forward and relist the item, without getting my account suspended.

The only possible way here would be appealing the removal of your listing, if the appeal is granted then your item will be reinstated. If it is denied, I'm afraid that you won't be able to list it again.

You should get an update on your appeal within 24-72 hours since the moment you put the appeal through.
