Got bad feedback because the courier lost the parcel. was posted either the same day or day after payment. ebay will not remove the feedback, say they cannot confirm when the item was posted but they can see as the date tracking was picked up will show. surely neither the buyer or ebay l can blame the seller for lost items ? they got a full refund from ebay. Nothing was taken from me but my score has dropped to

If you used eBay's Simple Delivery postage label it will have marked the item as dispatched when you printed it out so it seems odd that ebay would say that. Try contacting them again.

As buyer mentioned ebay in feedback, against ebay policy, you can ask ebay to remove comments.

I did use simple delivery but got the response below. I cannot replay to disput and when I go to help and click the item it now only gives me the option to contact buyer. Its like they make it as hard as possible to dispute what they say.

Something is wrong somewhere. If you used SD I wonder why they're saying they couldn't confirm with tracking information that the item was posted or delivered on time. Obviously not delivered but would show posted on time unless you were late posting it.

I see you listed as freepost, so did you buy postage through ebay?
Or direct from carrier.

And if you bought your own postage did you upload the tracking within 24 hours of close of sale of item, if you didn't this may be why they wont remove the feedback defect.
