I recently bought an item from eBay uk. Seller shipped using EVRI and it was supposed to be delivered the next day. Since 29th-Dec-25 that it entered the EVRI's network, my parcel has been stuck. Up till 6th Jan-26, nothing. I contacted EVRI and was told there was a mixup and they're doing everything possible to search for the item.
I'm asking, at what point do I need to request a refund?
If you have gone through such, kindly share how you sorted it out.
