BBE restriction after 14 years

I am shocked by the ban on
selling. I don't know what I did wrong. I contacted support several times with no answer. What exactly did I do wrong? I have 100% feedback. I don't understand.

I make parts for vintage vehicles and this has hit me hard because I have a circle of regular customers and I make a living from it. Now my lifestyle has stopped but I don't know why.

I see you are registered in Slovenia, so different rules may apply, but you registered as a private seller when you should be a business seller. This may not be the reason for the ban, so suggest you look at your seller dashboard which will show where there are any problems.

BBE restriction after 14 years

You are asking this on the UK boards where restrictions are just not discussed or explained if you contact Customer Services.  It may be different in your country,  so contact CS , with the link below.

Personally, a restriction of 14 years is sounding like a lifetime ban,  but CS on the .com site may explain further:

Log out of here,  log into www.ebay.com and  contact eBay Customer Services this way, through their help pages.

Lines are open between 5 a.m. and 9 p.m. Pacific Time

How can we know "what you did wrong" when you haven't told us the reason eBay gave for bannng you from selling?

At a guess, it could be some question of infringement of intellectual property issues when by selling replicas of no longer produced replacement parts for vintage vehicles? If so, I think this has arisen before, although I don't remember the outcome.

Or, as John has said, it could simply be that you're not correctly registered for selling. But being registered in Slovenia the rules may not be the same as in the UK.
