Getting paid from ebay

I sold a garmin watch on eBay got confirmation that it was sold and was sent a postage label, I have an item number, it was delivered sat 3rd January 2026 but still not been paid, tried various help sections but eBay says no record of item or it being sold

I cannot see any watch for sale or recently sold on this account.

Did you use another account for the sale?
