Delivery address

Hi All i have purchased an order money has gone to the seller, but they can not print off my delivery address and said i had to conntact ebay which i cannot seem to do. can someone advise me on what to do

It's up to the seller to contact eBay if there's any problem in printing the address label provided.

Or are they saying that they simply haven't got a printer? Which would also be up to them.
