i dont do this e.bay postage... not got a printer scanner etc etc
returned an item which got to them on the 18th of december... still waiting for right item or refund
nothing off the company at all....basically saying they have to wait for there returns side of the company to get in touch with them...basically now i,m fed up of getting fobbed off

Do you have a tracking number showing that the item has been delivered back to the seller?
Did you open an eBay return? If so, is it still open?

If you didn't open a return on ebay you have no buyer protection and ebay can't help if seller doesn't refund your money.
If it's still within 30 days of the delivery date you can do that now on here:

But you will have to contact ebay to ask them to change the tracking number to the one on the postage you bought yourself.
Click on the help link at the top of any page. Select any topic then scroll down to Contact Us. Get to automated assistant and put in the question box Can I speak to an agent? Repeat until they pass you to a real person.

i,m sorry to say that doing it on your own back is not good for e.bay and there funds, so never had any or could get through to anybody about my problem, but apparently the seller has now sent a new one out but i wont hold my breath........but they will be getting negative feedback to warn other e.bay users about them, as e.bay just wash there hands of problems

Ebay only washes its hands of problems when members don't use the proper processes. That applies to buyers and sellers.
