Missing item

A buyer reported not receiving an item posted several weeks ago to a GSP address. I have tracked the parcel and it says delivered . I do not know what a GSP address is. I have not sent anything this way before. There is a photo of the delivery that looks to be in a depot?

GSP stands for ebay's Global Shipping Programme.   Items for overseas buyers are sent to the GSP UK hub and forwarded to buyer.

If it shows delivery to the hub the buyer may get a refund from ebay but you are covered so won't lose the money.

The buyer can try opening a case with ebay but they may be too late anyway.
