I've been paid for an item but after contacting buyer twice asking when they would like to collect ive heard nothing back anyone know what I do next. Thanks

Just give them a date for collection, and if no contact by that time you will cancel sale and refund. Cancelling sale will automatically make a refund.

If it is necessary to cancel sale, use reason Buyers request (no response to me means they want a refund) and that saves getting a defect on your selling account.

Also add to your blocked bidders list, you do not need time wasters, and can then relist.

If it is the Beano/Dandy albums I'd guess that buyer did not realise that you wanted collection only.  

For £5 odd that greatly restricts the market.  Normally buyers would - I think - expect postage/delivery by e g "EVRI"

All you can do is contact the buyer and refund any money.
