Sold item collection issues

I sold an item & booked a DHL collection (through simple delivery) last week. They were due to collect Monday. Didn’t come. Tuesday I got a message saying they were coming. Didn’t come. Today I got a message saying they were coming and up to now they’ve not come again. Each day I have phoned them & they’ve assured me the parcel will be collected. The buyer will be waiting for the order & I want to send it but it’s out of my hands as I can’t change delivery method/carrier & DHL keep saying they will collect. I can’t find a way to speak to eBay anywhere & none of the ‘help’ articles or chat help! Can anyone advise?

Sold item collection issues

DHL are doing this a lot.    You can either pay for postage elsewhere yourself.     Or cancel/refund the transaction with buyer's agreement  and relist selecting  "Oversized" under the package size heading during the listing process.  Then you won't have to use DHL/ Simple Delivery and can arrange a different courier of your choice.   The buyer can buy and pay again.
