I had a customer buy one of my personalised product listings and provided their choice of personalisation.
This customer purchased 2 items, of different sizes with a unique name for each size garment.
The customer selected the first item, set the variation size and entered their choice of personalisation. This was added to the basket and the process repeated for the 2nd item.
On our eBay Seller Hub I can see the order with a note showing:
Buyer's note: Personalisation: Item ID: 184997111111 Variation: 692779222222 Text: John Item ID: 184997111111 Variation: 692779333333 Text: Bob
The Item ID refers to the product, this can be seen within the order details and on the seller hub 'selling' page.
However, it's difficult to know what the Variation number links to. This product comes in sizes 6-12m up to 9-10 years.
Does anyone know where to find these Variation numbers so we can match this to the size/ SKU?
BTW - called eBay support, they were unaware of where to find this information.
