Item collected not posted

A buyer purchased two items, one was collection only the second they opted for postage. However both items were collected and now my account still says I need to post the item. How can I get this flagged item to say it’s been completed. I have received funds

Open the ebay postage label (Get label > Print label) to mark dispatched.  Payment will be held for 14 days but you will get it.
