You sold a car recently.
Even if the buyer didn't pay the listing fee is still payable. Much the same if you had listed your car in your local paper and it didn't sell, the paper would not refund you, your advertising fee.
This accounts for most of that fee, see the breakdown in the link below, of your other transactions, it will show where any fees / postage which was charged. If you promoted items, this shows as ad fees.
