I have not received a parcel posted via Evri. This is an ongoing issue with their organisation which has been recognised by my local MP and others around the country. There has also been a Panorama investigation into the organisation.
I cannot request a refund from the seller nor ask for a replacement item as I have purchased a used item. What happens in this circumstance? It isn't the sellers fault if Evri claim to have delivered an item through a letterbox but it hasn't been received.
Is there a way that the buyer can choose which delivery service they would like to be used?
