Hello everyone,
I can't find any info on this or a way to get ebay involved or even chat with ebay on the matter.
I posted a return to the seller weeks ago, after contact with the seller he states the item is 'missing in transit', which is does appear to be.
How do I get ebay involved, how do I open a case or even just chat with an ebay rep??
There doesn't seem to be any option to open a case in this instance.
Any advise much appreciated,
