I've just sold an item and was going to print off the label, but noticed that the package that I want to send is longer than the stated measurements 61 x 46 x 46cm (my package is 180cm x 15 x 15 cm). When originally listing the item eBay 'calculated' the postage.
On the website eBay states:-
Some weights and dimensions aren't available for this courier. If your package is larger than the listed options, contact us.
I can't find anywhere to contact eBay, I've tried their automated robot, but it doesn't provide a solution.
Any help would be apricated.

The only way we have now to contact someone at ebay is to get to automated assistant then ask to speak to an agent and repeat until it passes you to a real person. Change your topic if necessary, anything that helps will do.
You could cancel with buyer's agreement and relist for them to buy again. There is an oversize package option during the listing process. You get it after entering category and dimensions. Then you can use your own courier.
The alternative is to buy the postage yourself. To mark dispatched and get the buyer's address you still need to generate the original prepaid label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code) It will remain unused.
However you cannot add a new tracking number. All you can do is message the buyer with the new tracking details. You would still be able to add the new number to a "Not received" case if the buyer opened one though. If the buyer paid for the unused label it will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
