There's no official way of doing that. You could cancel and relist later for them to buy again. If you don't do that your dispatch rating will suffer. It's possible ebay would remove any defects caused by weather but I don't think we've heard yet. They did last year. I would contact your buyers and see what they say. And keep warm!
