Ebay / Click and Drop integration not sending orders.

Click and Drop has not receved any orders from Ebay since 20th April. Have tried all the obvious stuff: using different browsers, clearing cache and cookies, disconnecting and reconnecting the integration, setting up a completed new integration to Ebay. Nothing works.
Have tried asking Ebay for help but am still waiting for any feedback from the technicians.
I can work around but not for UK to European orders as i need the IOSS VAT PAID label that comes via Click and Drop. So i have had to exclude all European destinations which is a disaster as a sell mainly obscure foreign music CD's.
Any ideas would be so appreciated!

When I have had this frustrating issue, I have found the only solution is to completely log out of ebay, then, rather than using a link as I usually do, I actually put www.ebay.co.uk into my web browser and log in completely afresh.

Then, I log back into Click and Drop and the orders are there.
