Hi first time posting,great to have found this community!
I have been selling for years and have never discovered it .
The thing is .....Its been an issue since,eBay introduced the returns policy for anything!
its either "To Big", "to small", "smelt funny",the most recent one "unfortunately I cannot use items that have been washed in artificially scented products."it is not cotton"-when I stated it was polyester.I could go on and on.
For god sake, I wash my items in non bio,I dry them outside,I steam them,pack them into a sealed plastic bag,in a sealed box.
I list all the measurements of the clothes, why do people not read this !
I have lost over £100 this month from returns ,I am not a Next,or a Primark, where they can return their clothes,I am just a normal person selling on eBay,who gave up my job to do what I love doing.
What the hell am I doing wrong?
