To be honest, I suspect you know more about running a business than anyone at ebay. Any advice would be intended to improve income for ebay and unlikely to benefit you.
Look at all the things ebay introduce, then have to make amendments shortly after introduction, because unpopular with sellers.
They need to work the other way round and consult sellers first, or consider member suggestions, which they do not even welcome now. Many of their “improvements” would never even happen if they consulted first,
