Sellers are not allowed to list an item unless they know it is genuine,
They can't even say it is similar or in style of.
If item arrives and is not genuine, you can open item not as described case,
Seller provides returns label, you post it back for full refund.
Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.
Ignore seller excuses and open case within 30 days.

Fakes are not allowed on ebay but some sellers do . You would be able to open a Not as described but really best not buy if you are unsure.
Why have the hassle of sending back.
Sounds as if they know it is not genuine.

eBay's money back guarantee isn't a substitute for using common sense, and isn't without risk.
Make sure that someone will be at home to accept the delivery. My guess is that this seller will deliver it by budget courier. If there's no-one in, they will either leave it on the doorstep or record it as attempted delivery.
Parcels are stolen from the doorstep all the time, but this is not covered by eBay's money back guarantee. eBay (bizzarely!) also treats attempted delivery as being successfully delivered, even though it wasn't, so again there would be no refund if you never received it. You don't even want to know about the problems if items are delivered to the wrong address, as buyers frequently claim!
Delivery issues have become one of the biggest risks for buyers on eBay. Never assume that eBay's MBG is 100% certain to get your money back.
