Automatically remove feedback

Hi! I would like to ask what exactly are the steps to follow for a request to automatically remove feedback that is against eBay's feedback policy in the "Negative comments with positive ratings, or positive comments with negative ratings" section. I received neutral feedback, which however expresses gratitude and a positive meaning. As far as I know, ebay automatically remove feedback with such discrepancies within 48 hours. All links in the seller help section of this thread are informational and I can't find a link to actually submit the claim.
The buyer did not respond to my feedback revision request within the 10 day period.
Thak you in advance!

Automatically remove feedback

Feedback is too old to remove,

has to be requested in last 30 days, comments were made within last year.

Thanks for the quick reply! After clicking the "Request feedback removal" link it redirects me back to the page I posted a screenshot of in the original message.. 🤔

Automatically remove feedback

30 days have not yet passed since the feedback was received. A little more than 10 days have passed during which the time for requesting a feedback revision from the buyer has passed.

The negative feedback rating with a positive comment relates to 'red dot' negative feedback.

There are no grounds for that neutral feedback to be removed.

'Thanks' is just a generic expression - it is polite but doesn't state the buyer was pleased with the transaction.

For them, it was a neutral transaction, neither good enough to be positive nor bad enough to be negative.
