Do you mean that the shoes you sold have failed authentication and the reason is that they don't match the photos?
If that is the case, and they are returned to you, then you could take the photos again and relist the shoes.
It looks to me as if there may be some minor damage to the box.
If that is the case, then you should make sure you take photos and add any (even tiny) defects to the description.

The authenticators have seen the shoes you sold. We haven't.
I take it the photos were of the actual shoes you were selling? eBay now allows sellers to copy and use other sellers' photos, but if you did this and the shoes, labels or packaging were in any way different from what you sold this would explain it.
Otherwise, there's no point in us trying to guess why your shoes didn't match the photos. The authenticators don't have to give detailed reasons.
