Cancelled return

i bought a new light for a honda jazz . when it came it was not the same in the pic  requested a return then my return was cancelled  no help from ebay  i am loosing confidence with  ebay

Did you use  "Doesn't fit' as the reason?  That is classed as "change of mind" which sellers can refuse.   Contact your payment provider about a refund.

Did it say no returns on the listing? If so why didn’t you click “see details”. Private seller do not have to accept change of mind returns, that is why it pays to read everything.

Ebay can only give the links to information, but they cannot make buyers read the information available.
