You have to log on to post on the Paypal Community Centre, I can't log on - Paypal 'help' takes you round in circles and is fruitless

Obviously the charge is not going to make me or break me, but it is the principle that is wrong - on a larger scale, imagine if the purchase was £1000 - Paypal fees would be somewhat hefty, and I would expect most people would be seeking to be reimbu...
