Why does eBay allow someone to leave immediate negative feedback? The buyer did not contact me at all and actually used the negative feedback as a way to communicate!
The wording was apparently removed (I could never see the wording) due to it being "unsuitable"
But my request for removal of the negative was instantly rejected in the favour of the buyer.
I had to send multiple messages to the buyer to find out what was going on (I was polite)
Their level of English was very bad and so I assume not one part of the listing was looked at and no translation tool was used, for sure!
I don't have a way to reply to the actual negative feedback and I can only leave positive feedback for the buyer.
I have been with eBay since the beginning and I am totally losing it with them over the last two years.
It seems private sellers have become lower caste - the Buyer is king.
