Unable to Update Ebay on my Samsung Galaxy S9 Mobile Phone

I am now not able to open My eBay Account on my Samsung Galaxy S9 Mobile Phone

Every time I try, I get the message to UPDATE or CANCEL 

I go into Playstore and there is NO message to be able to update

I have tried UNINSTALLING and REINSTALLING the eBay App several times, but no joy!!

Is my Samsung Galaxy S9 Mobile Phone too old to get this latest update?

Do I need to update my Samsung Mobile to a S20, S21 or S22 to be able to get into my account.

I can get into My eBay using my PC on Windows 10, but need it on my mobile to be able to take pictures for any purchase returns etc

PS, I have found it impossible to be able to speak to an agent, just the automated chat which is completely useless!!

The latest app requires Android 10 or higher to work.
