Problem with invalid post code

I have sold in item. Buyer buy a paid for item and postage. Address and postcode was done sent to me and I tried to print it out the postage label from the eBay app. The app said that the postcode was invalid the buyer said that it was the correct postcode and is valid. So contacted eBay and they said to issue a cancellation and try again. I issued the cancellation and re-issued a new listing on the same things happened again. I have had the first sale amount taken out of my eBay account and now if I cancel again, I’ll have it taken out again What do I do. It is so hard to get help from eBay.

Problem with invalid post code

eBay are only giving you the address and postcode that the buyer has entered for their delivery purposes,  so the issue with the incorrect postcode lies at their end.

Have they perhaps entered an 0 and not an O?  Is there the required gap in the postcode, or does it all read as one ?

If it needs correcting any simple mistake may not be obvious at first, and could have been made, send them this link to amend the address:

There are 5 addresses which need to be corrected

https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses

If you enter it into Google maps what does it show?
