Hello, guys , I need help with understanding how I can return huge , heavy orthopaedic mattress, weight about 30-40 kg , size 135x190 cm, I have chosen the parcelforse in UK , but the ebay system is asking to collect the mattress to the post office, is any of you who had the same problem? please help me, thanks in advance

Why are you returning it?

I think that size may be too big for Parcelforce.

Have you checked?

If you are responsible for the return, you will have to investigate couriers.
