Please help what do I do. I purchased the above for my son for Christmas. We checked all parts etc were there first, (box had been opened by the seller previously) on checking there were 2 legs labelled F - there should have been one E and one F. Basically 2 left legs. I contacted seller, got a reply saying apologies and trying to source the correct leg but no reply to date,. I’ve messaged several times since then but no update or response. Apparently not covered with eBay, I presumed everything was but wasn’t expecting an incomplete order. My long term sick son is so upset as you can imagine with it being a Christmas present and nowhere to put his gaming monitor. I have said can you arrange/pay for collection then I can buy from somewhere else. When something isn’t as described I would of thought they’d of offered a refund/collection? As a mother of a sick child it really adds to the stress, appreciate any help.

Looks like you are past ebay's 30 day MBG.

Try your payment provider or if it was UK business seller, https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/

Viewing the photo, it looks to me that the legs may be reversable. This seems to be confirmed by the maker's claim that:

"It is designed with an "ambidextrous" structure, meaning the components, including the legs and main desktop sections, are designed to be configured into either a left or right setup during assembly."

Have a closer look at your two left legs - it may be possible to convert one into a right leg. Good luck!
