I was told I had to update tracking . tracking cannot be updated once item delivered in the ebay system! Now wasted 2 phone calls and loads of time. EBay can see from buyer message to me that they have the item! Whay can Ebay not read messagews in their own system? TraINING OR SYSYEM UPDATES ARE required
