Very strange changes in pricing of some items for sale in the UK. For example an item I’ve had on my watch list at £2000 has suddenly changed to £2046.72 and I’ve noticed similar and occasionally identical changes elsewhere.
i have not changed any settings and only buy items for sale here in the UK.
this on the iOS app. And on the web too.
im guessing this is due to a recent update. As I cannot see multiple sellers making such increases all at once and to such weird prices.
its almost like im suddenly outside the UK and seeing an exchange rate of sorts.
whole numbers increasing and with change added too.
hope that makes sense.

It is possible that ebay has started applying the buyer protection fee to the items you are looking at. That would be 4% up to £300, 2% on the amount above £300 plus a fixed 75p, which would give your increase with the exception of a couple of pence.

Yes they are. Actually in the HiFi section. I guess eBay must have informed me of this change and it passed me by. Thanks. I thought it might be a system problem rather than a change of terms.
