Why does it say the seller has cancelled the order when the courier/delivery company has lost it somewhere in there system. It looks bad if others know who I am and see that "I have cancelled the order" when I have said NO such think.

Hi harriphe_9723, thanks for your post.
Could you please elaborate this further? If you paid, and the seller shipped the item, the seller wouldn't be able to cancel if the parcel got lost. In fact, if you don't receive the item you can open up an item not received case to get your money back.
Either way, if the seller managed to cancel the order, you will still get a refund as they cannot cancel without issuing a refund. You can then report the seller here for cancelling under the wrong reason.
Thank you,
Marco

Did you open a NOT RECEIVED CASE, or just ask seller for a refund?
If you opened a case the seller refunds through the case, if you did not open a case, the seller to refund, has to cancel the sale.
If you have a refund, what difference does it make?

Hi harriphe_9723, thanks for your reply.
It'd be impossible for me or anyone in general to know why the seller did that. However, if that was the wrong reason, the seller can be reported following the instructions shown in the link I shared with you above.
Thank you,
Marco
