Ebay, No response to all our simple delivery, buyer protection, global Shipping Program comcomments

Do Ebay ever read any of seller comments regarding, Simple delivery, Global Shipping Program, buyer protection or payouts.

In fact do they ever read ANY comments that we make.

I have commented on all of these subjects and not response from Ebay. 

SIMPLE DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. 

THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM HAS HALTED DELIVERIES TO THE USA.

EBAY HANG ON TO PAYMENTS FOR FAR TOO LONG, IS THIS INTEREST % RELATED, SO BY MAKING SELLERS WAIT, THEY CAN MAKE MORE MONEY. 

THERE IS NEVER ANY  RESPONSE FROM EBAY. 

WHY DO WE EVEN BOTHER ???

Ebay thinks it knows best and does not welcome suggestions.

Money held by ebay is not allowed to earn interest, so by holding on to it, ebay just protects itself from losing money if refunds have to be made and seller has disappeared.

Global Shipping is designed for buyers to pay all costs up front with notihng to pay before delivery. Tariffs is at the moment an unknown factor so impossible to work out what will be required. There is nothing to stop individual sellers selling and posting to USA, buyer thrn pays any taxes/duty on delivery.
