How to find Paypal account no

How do I find my paypal account no ?   I am trying to get compensation from Packlink for a lost item sent by Evri and they want this no

Enter PayPal into a tab.

Click on My Account >> log in.

If you have forgotten your password,  there's  a link to click on.....Forgotten password, presumably you'll have to answer some security questions,  then PP will send you a new password via an email message.
