Money off coupon on my item imposed - no notification

Just found out my 'buy now' items have a £2.00 off coupon. I wasn't notified this would happen, so no choice in the matter. Does Ebay bear the cost? or do I have to accept that £2.00 comes off the free postage I offer and I bear the cost? Also is there a way to take the coupon off or could I just raise the price to cover unexpected cost?

You get full amount, ebay give the discount.

Thank you for replying. I couldn't find information about it and couldn't get and agent to chat to. They have since emailed information.
