Tracking went to wrong order .

I sold Order No: 13-13194-54640  on 13.06.25 which was delivered today but I could not add tracking as it says the tracking number was used for Order No: 14-12982-45564 which I sold on 25.04.25. This now means I cannot get my funds for 2 weeks.

Tried the AI assistant but that was a complete waste of timedownload (1).jpeg

Yes,  the AI assistant may well not help , you need to speak to an agent,  and do so first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. on weekdays,  and 9 a.m. on weekends,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.  I'm not sure if they still do, but ask if they can change that tracking for you.

 

If they cannot,  then you are correct,  it's a 14 day wait for your payout.
