HELLO
My buyer has contacted me to say item not as described , I don't agree, nut hav4e refunded her for the item. I want her to return the item to me so need to generate a returns label ( at my cost) but the status says 'return closed' .
Can anyone advise how I get a return label, please?
Thanks Anne

If you have refunded her Before she has sent the item back, the refund closes the case, you cannot look to it, or eBay now, to provide that return label.
You need to send her the payment for the label, or buy one online from RM / courier and send this to her, and trust she will use it to post your item back now, as there's nothing to enforce her to do so.
For future, never refund before the item is safely back with you .

The buyer should have opened a "not as described" return. You get the item back and then you refund. When you refund before return ebay assume you don't want the item back and a return label is no longer available.
If you trust the buyer and they are co-operating you could buy a label online and send them the QR code for it. Or they can send it back and you reimburse them afterwards. If cannot be done via ebay now.

Aaah, it's understandable when faced for the first time something not completed before, shame you didn't find us first, but now you know , how to proceed if it happens again ! 🤗
