Cannot withdraw funds

I am unable to withdraw funds from my ebay balance. 

I keep trying but told there was an error. 

The automated chat help has been totally useless!

Any ideas?

Are they actually shoeing as Available in your eBay Balance,  that you are not under any longer holds for payouts?

If o,  then try different combinations of devices and browser,  especially if you are using the app or mobile browser.  Switch to a laptop / PC and use Chrome,  try from there.
