Buyer failed to collect

Hi buyer failed to collect an item from impost that I sent Royal Mail . Took 3 weeks to tell me they apologise for inconvenience but had not collected and requested a refund (when their collect widow was 3 days). I sent them tracking to show it was delivered to their designated address and I had fulfilled the order.

Parcel not  returned to me , how could it be ? EBay have refunded them .

Was this a Simple Delivery transaction?

Then,  eBay refunded them out of their own pockets,  and you get to keep the original payment.
