Where can I find a way of printing out a label for a buyer who wants to return an item to me?

I sold a bag but the buyer has changed her mind so I refunded her and covered her return to me but she says I need to send her a returns label but I cannot find this option anywhere. It’s driving me bonkers with frustration

You won't be able to do that on ebay now that you've refunded upfront.    You could send a label direct from the courier,  eg. Royal Mail's website.

Buyer changing mind, buyer pays return postage.

Rather foolish to refund BEFORE item has been returned, you will be lucky to ever get it back.

Returns of any sort should be done through ebay, and no refund made until returned.
