I sent an order without using ebay labeling and now I cannot get paid for it

I used the post office as I asnt want sure of the weight.

Any ideas

If the item has been dispatched and there's no tracking to add,  then your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days before release.

Do you mean getting your money which is just a matter of waiting, or getting paid for the postage.

If buyer bought the postage any refund goes back to buyer.

That’s interesting. Yes I had bought the label without doing any discount
which I always do. And then it was too late. Thanks for helping
