Tracking number not being updated.

I have just noticed that the Tracking number is no longer being updated on my list of orders for Standard Royal Mail items. I have added the tracking number manually although there is no "Royal Mail" on the drop down box.  Is this a bug or by design? Please help.

Others are finding this too,  that you have to manually add a tracking number now,  it's not made automatically.

I will tag and ask our Community managers dave@ebay  marco@ebay  kat@ebay  is this a temporary technical glitch or does tracking have to be entered manually with Special Delivery ?
