What is going on ... I'm unable to send invoices to buyers or combine orders eBay say I should cancel my orders. I've spoken with them twice, once on Sunday and again yesterday but still no joy, cheers Lordline

Sending invoices is temporarily unavailable
We're working to fix this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime if you want to send combine postage discounts we recommend refunding the postage difference to your buyer after purchase.
Below is a new message today ... One buyer now has 55 items pending, just because I've been unable to send an invoice .... What is going on at eBay ?
"The buyer(s) shown below have orders which can be combined. Select a buyer that you would like to combine purchases for, and you'll be able to adjust postage costs and the order total on the next screen before sending them an invoice. Please note that you may only combine up to 40 items in an invoice at one time.
