Help with sending pick up address in chat

I currently have a mobility scooter for sale down as a “buy it now” and collection only.

I have a husband and wife that have been in contact via eBay messaging and would like the view the scooter and to try it first before they buy it, which I am perfectly fine with. If they are happy with it, then I will direct them to pay for the item using eBay.

They obviously need my address to come and view it but I can’t send them my  address as eBay blocks it thinking we are doing a deal outside, which we are not. 
Can anyone please advise how I can send my address without eBay blocking it?

You can't give them your address before they have paid through Ebay checkout.

They have to buy and pay, then view and if not happy, you cancel sale and that generates a refund.

It would be beneficial to pay by paypal as refund if made would be quick, as other means of refunding payment take from 7 to 30 days.
