Ebay has decided to alter my postage costs on a sale today. Leaving me to cover the extra cost!

Customer purchased 3 items weighting over 2.5Kg eBay have altered my postage from £2.70 per item to £2.70 for 1 item leaving me to foot the bill!  has anyone else come across this issue before?

They are becoming ridiculous with all these new rules.  Do they no longer want private sellers?

I cant see anything sold on this account. It would help us if you posted from the account in question.

So who was the carrier? If it was royal Mail the price bracket  you mention is for large letters even selling three within this range would not hit 2.5Kg in total as the max weight allowance is only 750gms each item eg 2.2kg

My question is why have eBay taken it on themselves to reduce my shipping costs leaving me to foot the bill?
