Purchased some small figures my daughter had requested for Christmas called SMISKI’s. They come in sealed blind bags so the chances of getting duplicates are high. Out of 8 she had, 2 were duplicates so she’s decided to sell them on if she can but it turns out they are counterfeit. Where do I stand? I know it’s well out of the return window, the seller is not replying to me & checking recent feedback others have said their Smiskis were fake too!
