How do I amend listing to post to Sweden using Global Shipping?

I'd really appreciate advice - I had a UK only listing that someone in Sweden wants to buy. So I revised my settings to International via the Global Shipping Programme, and told the buyer to go ahead, but they said they got the message "Unfortunately, this seller won't send this item to Huskvarna, Sweden". Does anyone know how I can change this? And do I have to end and restart the listing to do so? Many thanks in advance.

You have to opt into GSP before listing item, you can't revise to add it.

You will need to end listing, opt into GSP, then relist.
