I am trying to ship an item using Royal Mail Tracked Service. In order to do this Royal Mail need as a minimum the customers email and/or mobile number. Leave this blank and you cannot complete the process.
My customer has just tried to send me his email and eBay has blocked his message.
How am I supposed to complete the shipment if eBay won't allow this information to be passed from a customer to the seller.
